Most processes for non-tech roles are pretty simple. Here's how we do it:

        <li> If you pass the HR interview, you will meet the hiring managers through another interview session</li>
        <li> Final user interview with the Functional Lead once they passed the previous session</li>

      Case study is only given on a case-by-case basis, depending on the role you're applying to.<br/><br/>
      This whole process usually takes anywhere from 2 weeks to a month, and if you have any questions throughout the process, feel free to reach out to your recruiter! They will help you navigate through it.

What does a selection process look like for non-tech positions, and how long does it take?

Make sure you are applying with an ATS-friendly CV, it gives you higher chance to be noticed by the Recruiters. If you are invited to an interview, make sure you have stable internet connection and are in a place without background noises. Lastly, just bring the best version of yourself!

What do I need to prepare for the recruitment process with Ajaib?

Does Ajaib have internship programs for active students or fresh graduates?

We use Codility as a platform to do skill test for our tech roles. The test will be done online, and prior to the interview rounds. If you pass the test, our Recruitment Team will be in touch to continue the hiring process!
